The best most reliable and cost effective solution We have a recurring monthly order and works like clockwork . Service is stable and my wife is a happy camper as she can chat with her family in Namibia to her hearts content Prior to this we were buying random calling cards with relative high costs and patchy service

Difficult to connect calls in Zimbabwe.

Hiya, Since you're using the app to call, It is most probably the slow internet speed of your connection that's causing the connection issues. This is what happens in 99% of the cases. We recommend uninstalling and reinstalling the latest version of the app to have a 2-way calling method available. One is using the app with an internet connection just like you've been using so far. The second is a good alternative in case your connection is poor: Offline Calling. The feature is free and you can easily enable it from the menu. Please follow the steps. There was a delay when talking to Lebanon

Hi Hourik, Please consider that the quality of the call might depend on the network development in Lebanon especially because it is a landline number you're calling to. We also recommend you install the latest app PhoneClub, if you're using a smartphone. Then you can enable Offline Calling. This way you can make calls from the app in 2 ways: with or without any internet connection.

Easy steps. The connection is quick and simple. sound is always clear. The price is reasonable. You can choose to dial without passwords. It is easier.
