The pillows are FLAT and not at all like any hotel pillow I've ever used, let alone a great quality feather pillow. I will never buy from your site again. These pillows were poorly represented by the site.

Pillows are great, and customer service and response time was fantastic when I had to make an edit to my order.

Hi Sylvia, Thank you for leaving us a review on Trustpilot. I see that Emily did respond back to your email on 9/1/22. It is our standard response for return label making sure you aren't interested in trying a free shipping exchnage. We didn't hear back from you. I am emailing you a free shipping return label to your email we have on file. If you don't see it in the next 10 minutes please let me know. Best Regards, Dana

Fast shipping!

I received my order very quickly! Unfortunately, I did a poor job of choosing and the pillow won't work for me. I was sick for 2 weeks after I received it, so haven't returned/reordered yet, but shipping was amazingly fast!

I called to return my pillows and the rep hung up on me because I said I wouldn't be purchasing anything else from them. They refuse to mail me a return label as I don't have a printer. She told me since I don't have a printer, I have no right ordering online. Give me a break!

Sandie, that is not what happened. Customer service emailed you a free Fedex return label. I explained to you how you can can return your order with free return shipping and money back. You got very upset and extremely rude when I explained we do not mail hard copy return labels to customers. When you started to raise your voice I hung up. You can print your free shipping return label in the public library or forward it on to a friend or family member to print for you. You have everything you need to return your order to get your money back. No customer service agent should be spoken to the way you spoke to me.

Love my pillow! Wish I would have known about the site sooner
