I can give you zero star I would terrible trash. Don’t recommend. Do not download. Do not apply. They will not pay you. They will keep scanning you out of surveys when you’re two dollars away from cashing out. I did not recommend repeat do not recommend horrible brand, horrible customer service he can’t even talk to anybody about broken surveys. Awful just awful.

DON'T SIGN UP, PURE EXPLOITATION Used to be a good company giving fair renumeration for valuable consumer opinions & information. Now it is DREADFUL, very poor compensation for information given if you get through the extensive "screening" questions. Surveys were worth at least £3 now you're lucky to get £1 for similar or more time spent than on previous survey completion. CHARLATANS

When I first joined Pinecone it was good, Made a few dollars every month. Now, it's a scam.it takes 5 times more effort to get ANYTHING from them. Often you get told you qualify; answer 25 -30 questions to be told you don't meet the criteria, meanwhile they get to make money from the answers you gave and you get NOTHING

Recently got to near the end of a survey and there was an error with the layout so I couldn’t access it further. I was given the incentive for the survey which I was very grateful for. I prefer the old site because the surveys were more regular and you could get PayPal with no minimum points. Other than that worthwhile to build up points.

As a previous (last year) Pinecone member, I'm happy to see so many NEGATIVE reviews. I decided to close my membership after completing more than a dozen surveys and not getting even a penny for any of them. Plus, contacting Pinecone was I vain. Sad, because years earlier they were fantastic. Now, worthless.

2 surveys in 3 months. So not a complete waste of time. Likely equates to 97% waste of time. Lists surveys that cannot be taken.

Not like it used to be! Massively reduced the amount of credits, most surveys aren't actually available when you click on them and for the last 2 that I actually completed, they didn't credit me. I've raised it with the support team and they just keep asking me the same questions (which I answer) then get further email asking me for the same info as last time plus one more thing. Totally not worth your time anymore.
