Called them at 715a for an emergency water leak from a broken pipe. They arrived at 8a and everything was fixed by 915a. Two hours from "oh no" to "phew" - along with friendly service - exceeded my expectations.

Pablo checked out our heater for the winter. He was courteous, respectful, efficient and knowledgeable. He explained in detail what he found and our various options. He also did a plumbing review of the house and sent three estimates on ways to tackle a possible issue with the kitchen sink. We like the range of services Pipe Works offers. Their communications - whether by mail, phone or email, are very clear and effective.
