I feel that the cost to check my AC unit was expensive for the work conducted in cleaning the compressor. After the work was completed I noticed there was still debris in the unit and had to clean it myself using power washer - Very disappointed

Overall, my experience with Pipe Works was top notch. The job was a bit costlier than I had anticipated, but Mario walked me through the entire quote, explaining every line item. Throughout the process, he was extremely professional. He got the job done in a timely manner, and left the property spotless when he was finished. He made sure that I was happy with the job before giving the bill.

They responded to my A/C failure within hours. Lloyd worked to understand the problem, told me my options , and then gave me an honest appraisal of what could be wrong and the cost of all my options. In the end his fix was the right one and got the A/C back up working again. Highly recommended.
