Was very happy with how the technician from Pipe Works inspected my 3 air conditioning units. He was very knowledgable and explained everything in a level I could understand. He also took time to answer all my questions. I would highly recommend this technician

Mario, my technician, was knowledgeable about the products (hot water heaters) that I was in the market for. He arrived on time, prepped the area, installed my new tank seamlessly with a smile on his face. Mario answered my questions, kept me updated on his progress and left my house cleaner than when he arrived. I would highly recommend Pipe Works, Mario and supervisor Kevin who was courteous and efficient when I spoke with him on the phone. Pipe Works goes the extra mile to make their customers happy.

Came to my house because my heat was off. As I'm 94 years old this was a concern. I was told I needed to spend $15,000 on a new boiler. I called another plumber who came to the house and said I only needed a new circulator for the porch as the other two circulatory were fine. He turned the furnace on activating heat in the house and returned the next day to repair the damaged circulator. The boiler is fine. PipeWorks never suggested a repair to the damaged circulator nor did they restart the boiler so I could have heat in the house. All they wanted to do is sell me a new boiler.

We want to apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you. I cannot say for sure what happened in your basement, but our technicians are all trained to offer options on both repair and replacement. At this point, what is important is that you are safe and comfortable.

Pipeworks is truly the best in the business. We had to replace our water main service that was not expected, When we called they arrived the next day, answered every question in a through manner. When the work began they took the utmost care to keep our home clean with drop cloths and they even wore 'booties' over their shoes. The work was done to code, clean, professional and they put back what ever was disturbed. I would HIGHLY recommend PIPEWORKS to my friends and neighbors. Thank You Jonathan, Mike, Nick and Ramon!!
