Sewer line clogged. Work was done promptly. Workers and were efficient and explained the problem. Clog was removed and area cleaned up. I was very happy with Pipe Works and the services provided, would use them again if needed.

I sent an email late yesterday evening regarding our split system boiler with only one side working. They contacted me right away letting me know they work with the system we have and sent Jimmy, a service tech, to my home by 1pm. I was impressed by their promptness with the call back and ability to send someone right away. Jimmy was very professional and figured out what was wrong with my system after careful inspection, dealt with the issue and explained to me in detail what the issue was and how it was solved. It was painless for me and I am so thrilled with the customer service I will be a repeat customer.

Zach did an excellent job last week and today in serviceing our boiler and generator. He discovered various maintanance issues with the boiler and replaced a battery in the generator which was required to bring it back on line. He followed up with calls and we very clear in explaining how to maintain the boiler in top form through the winter. We're very satisfied with the service of Zach. Regards. Jeffrey Noss

We have been using another company in comparison to Pipe Works. It started with a quote on home insulation. My original company did not do insulation so I was forced to try someone else. I always get three quotes on all jobs. Pipe Works was the last to quote the job. First impression sold me. The salesman's professionalism was head and shoulders above the rest. Without getting to detailed and lengthy, Pipe Works nailed it...in all aspects of the job. With that, we decided to use them for our annual heating and air conditioning preventative maintenance. Since it's November, they performed the heating service. All checked out great. Johnathan, my Pipe Works representative, checked our whole home and gave his recommendations. We have hard water. I've known this since we purchased our home 13 years ago. The system we decided to go with was the Halo 5. Johnathan and Rick installed the system today along with a new hot water heater. Beautiful install! I have an engineering background and pay particular attention to detail, layout, and execution. Pipe Works accomplished all three. On the Halo 5; we performed the taste with the most particular person in our home, my wife. Well... She thought the best tasting water was from our tap! Not the Poland Spring water in the other glass. AWESOME! Very, very happy with our new insulation, hot water heater and our new Halo 5 whole house filtration system. Thank you Pipe Works for giving me a breath of fresh air with honesty and quality.

I recently had the pleasure of having Pipe Works Services install a Mitsubishi Mini Split in my home. The house was built in the 1940's so there was no central AC. These units are so quiet you can hardly hear them while they are running. Chris is an asset to the company and did a great job with the installation. The office staff is very helpful. They recommended a great solution to my ac problem. I am so pleased and highly recommend Pipe Works.
