I have been very impressed with my experience. This is my second multi needle machine I have bought but first one from Poolin. It is very user friendly and super helpful that you get connected with a tech right away! Everything about my experience has been great. I am looking forward to all the things I will be able to make with my new machine.

I bought the Poolin EOM. The machine got here ahead of schedule. Nicely packed. Fairly easy to put together and set up. I’ve been super impressed with the amount of help that I’ve gotten from the Tech Leo. This machine has proven to be beginner friendly, as this is the first time I’ve used a 15 needle. I’m up and running and have done several things and everything has turned out great.I have a lot to learn, but they have helped tremendously in my journey. I would highly suggest this machine.

I am a new to sewing. Started after retirement. I have a Brother. A Singer and now a Poolin E03C. I wanted to learn embroidery without spending a fortune. So far I love this machine! Leo, with customer service, has been great and responds to questions rapidly. My first embroidery project went great! From what I've read the E05 has a bigger screen area which would be useful. As a 60 plus year old beginner this machine is a good place to start. V

This is my first multineedle so I was nervous about the learning curve. The machine is user friendly and the support through WhatsApp is great. I had my machine running successful tension test the same day it was delivered. Highly recommend.

I am in love with my Poolin EOM. It is amazing and so easy to use. My customer service rep Kai has been awesome. He answers every question I have in a very timely manner!
