I received my EOC07 and had lots of trouble with bird nesting and thread breaks for some time. Finally, I was able to text with Kevin who determined the source of my problem and corrected it. I have used the machine without bird nesting and thread breaks successfully after he diagnosed my problem. Kevin you're the best. Thank you.

Mr. Leo Wang was a great help in working with me regarding my issues with my Poolin eoc07 machine. I think my issues were more user error than the machine. Mr. Wang was very patient and even checked back with me to make sure my issue was resolved. Awesome customer service!

I’ve been using the EOC06 for a little over a year now. My projects, other than user error, turn out amazing. Yesterday I ended up with a Cutter not in position error. I feel like I’m pretty handy so I looked at it myself before reaching out for help, thought I knew what the issue was but wasn’t totally sure. I reached out to Kevin Xu directly and he expertly walked me through the repair through a series of messages and videos. They were really easy to follow. . My machine is now back up and going. Kevin is amazing! Highly recommend.

The delivery of the machine was well coordinated. My machine was delivered to my garage which was helpful when unboxing. The videos on YouTube were helpful when building the stand and setting up the machine. Getting the thread tensions right was hard but the Facebook group admin that helped and answered all the questions I have. Now my machine is all set up and ready to embroider! The machine is also very beginner friendly as well which makes it a little easier.

The customer service is above and beyond! Any issues I have had have been resolved! I have had user errors that were resolved with support! Technicians have gone above and beyond every time I have needed support! They have messaged me for hours, sent videos and pictures! The machine is user friendly but the customer service is what goes above and beyond!
