I purchased the Poolin EOM 15 needle machine and I couldn’t be happier. I am a hobbyist embroiderer and wanted something that would give me the multi needles without breaking the bank. I did a lot of research before settling on the EOM. I highly recommend Poolin for your next multi needle machine. The communication from start to finish and even after the purchase is amazing.

Order day to delivery day was 6 days. Machine was packaged very well. I got the 15 needle EOX. Everything I expected plus some. I was intimidated at first but Customer support (Leo) has been excellent. He is very patient and extremely helpful. Very encouraging.
