As someone who is completely new to embroidery, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience with Poolin. Learning a new machine can be overwhelming, but their customer service has been absolutely amazing. Every time I reach out with a question, they respond quickly with helpful, detailed guidance. What has impressed me the most is that they don’t just answer my questions—they actually check in with me regularly to make sure everything is going smoothly and to see if I need any additional help. I love my Poolin EOC06. I ran into an issue today and contacted Leo with the support staff from the facebook group. He was quick with a response and way to fix my issue. I was up and working again in minutes! So grateful to a company that values their customers and stands by their products!

I am extremely happy with my new Poolin EOX 15-needle embroidery machine! The shipping was incredibly fast, and the machine arrived securely and in perfect condition. It reads digitized files exported from Wilcom, Hatch, and Tajima flawlessly, handling complex stitch sequencing and detailed vector preparations with absolute ease. The stitch quality is consistently phenomenal, even when running longer production batches. Beyond the fantastic hardware, their customer support team is top-notch—responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful whenever I have a question.
