Fantastic customer service. I was able to get my issue resolved pretty quickly. It was very easy to communicate what was wrong on my end and send photos and videos. As well as seeing videos of how to fix the issue. I am so grateful!

I have had my Poolin EOC06 since 12/2025. It was my first introduction into a more advanced embroidery machine. It was a good value at the price, it offers many features. As with any new project, there is a learning curve and this is no different. What sets Poolin apart is their technical support. They have been extremely helpful and professional. They work with you until your issue is resolved. It seems like most companies forget about you after the sale, not with Poolin.

The machine that leveled up my whole business I run a handmade bag business (The Seam Queens) and my PooLin EOC06 has been an absolute workhorse. The 7.9" x 11" hoop swallows my bag panels, the touchscreen is dead simple, sending designs over WiFi takes seconds, and the auto thread trimming saves me so much fiddly time. 860 stitches a minute keeps production moving, and the stitch quality is clean and consistent. For around $1,200, it's honestly the best value I've found in a single-needle machine — you do NOT need a multi-needle to start making real money with embroidery. Setup was easy and it's been reliable every single week since day one. If you're on the fence, get off it. Five stars, would buy again. Also they have AMAZING customer service.

This is a great company. I had an issue with not being able to put one of my hoops onto my EOM 15 needle embroidery machine due to slotting issues. Leo and Kai was extremely helpful and able to get me new parts sent to me. Thanks Poolin for everyone helping and having staff available 24/7! Which really makes a big difference when needing help after hours!

I went from a single needle brother machine to the Poolin EOX and I am so happy I did. Everything was smooth sailing from the time of purchase to delivery. I was a little intimidated at first because I never used a multi needle machine before but I went all in and if I ran across any problem no matter the time the customer service reps were there to assist. A lot of the problems I did run into were because of user error lol (me). My customer service reps are amazing always there to help me, and offer many ways to help me keep my machine up and running smoothly. If you are looking for a muti needle machine I would highly recommend Poolin you will not be disappointed!!!

I use the Poolin EOC06 for personal projects, but intensively, and I highly recommend it. I especially want to thank the Poolin team: their after-sales service was remarkably responsive and efficient. My problem was solved in just a few hours, remotely. It's rare to get such fast and effective support. Bravo, it's genuinely impressive!

Purchased an EOC05. I’ve had it for about 6 weeks and I absolutely love it. I haven’t had any problems until today. Excellent customer service. I received an instant response from Jessie and then Kai. All it needed was a system update. I got that installed and now back to business. If I had any regrets it would be that I didn’t get the EOC07. I will definitely purchase another Poolin machine.
