These guys are not only pioneers when it comes to embroidery machines, they're also pioneers in customer service and after sale. I have been using their E0c07 machine for almost a year and there is not a single thing i dislike in it. And I love that their engineers and sales team are always a whatsapp message away.

I purchased the Poolin EOM as a beginner and have been taking my time learning the machine. I initially set it up by watching the tutorials on the Poolin Youtube channel. They were very clear and easy to follow. Any time I have a question I’ve been able to ask the engineers directly and receive an immediate response. Leo and Kevin have been beyond helpful. So far it’s been a great experience and I have had no issues with the machine.

I am beyond impressed with my new POOLIN EOX 15-needle embroidery machine! After starting with a Brother multi-needle machine and gaining several years of embroidery experience, I’m so excited to add this machine to my business and see what the future holds. From the packaging to the setup, the entire experience has been great. The machine feels incredibly heavy-duty and well-built, and one of the first things I noticed was how much quieter it is compared to my previous machine. Setup was straightforward, and after completing a tension test, it was essentially ready to go right out of the box! Customer service has also been wonderful throughout the setup process. Having support available and getting my questions answered has made the transition to a new machine that much easier. I would say this machine is beginner-friendly for someone who has at least some basic knowledge of machine embroidery, while still being a great option for an experienced embroiderer looking to grow their business. The biggest testament to how impressed I am is that I’ve already completed a bulk sweatshirt order on it, and I’ve only had the machine for a week!

My Poolin EOX machine was delivered within a week of ordering. Delivery process was smooth with emails and texts to confirm date. It was delivered with no damage. I prepared myself before it arrived by watching lots of YouTube tutorials. I was able to get the machine set up, tension test complete and stitching designs by day 2. Poolin support sent messages to make sure I was able to get set up and offered assistance. It’s has been a wonderful experience! Can’t wait to learn more.
