When I got my EOM machine I was having trouble and customer service was great at answering questions and helping me solve problems. I ended up having to return my old machine and they sent me a new machine without any hassle which was wonderful. My new machine is running and I have had no problems with it.

I’ll start by saying when I got my first Poolin machine, I had never touched an embroidery machine in my life. I had a single needle EOC06 for exactly two weeks when I decided I wanted to go all in with a 15 needle EOX. The support from the Poolin team is unmatched. The machines are super user friendly. I was embroidering shirts with professional results immediately. Any requests I’ve submitted for assistance have been responded to with urgency and detailed information. I can’t stress how impressed I am! If you’re thinking about this brand, do it! I’d do it again without hesitation!

Kevin....he is the reason that has made my experience great ...I am new to embroidery i am just learning my new machine a 06 kevin has made this so much easier for me he has answered every question he has went through things step by step, he is a fantastic asset to poolin, I do not know what i would have done without his expertise and guidance . He is fantastic The machine, I have only used 3 times as I'm learning and practising but i have had no problems up to now .

I purchased my Poolin EOV approximately 6 weeks ago and I absolutely love it. Not only is the machine amazing but the support is practically 10 out of 10. I would definitely recommend.
