Schelene guided me with exceptional advice and experience. She provided me with credible advice and technical information to exact the precise information required for my purchase. I am a return customer and will undoubtedly be a reutrun customer in the future.

In the age of computers doing most jobs these day to receive an email from an actual person for an order placed online is a real gem, not to mention they left the return email address to contact them with any concerns WOW. It's a nice return to real customer service. Best new account made in 2017, gonna be hard to top this one..

I recently purchased a new MacBook Pro from PowerMax along with AppleCare and several accessories and was completely satisfied with the experience. For this order, PowerMax (1) matched prices for me, and (2) applied a credit from when I traded in an old MacPro1,1 over a year ago. Both times (for the trade-in and the new MBP purchase), I worked with Heidi Wheeler. She is very easy to work with, professional and responsive to my emails and phone calls.

Best site to order from - easy as 1-2-3! Product packaged better than Apple. Relentless customer service - will not rest till questions/concerns are answered, even though my purchase totaled only $140. Delivered better than "Right on time." Nearly 10 year-old used Mac conditioned to look like brand new, worked like brand new. I will not only recommend Powermax to friends, I will purchase from them again, and again.

I have been a customer of Power Max for several years. I have purchased an iMac, a MacMini, a MacBook Air, and now a small accessory (a Magic Keyboard). All have been delivered within the time specified and all have been received without incident. Also included is the "Worry Free" warranty. I always get exactly what I purchased and the trades I have done were 100% executable value. Power Max is the place I go to check on quality, refurbished used Mac products. I found out about Powermax from a colleague. They offered price match and was very informative. My MacBook Pro was shipped out the same day and received it in 2 days. The experience couldn't be better.
