I actually go a ticket but the rep who helped me at 4:45 am walked me through how to dispute, and validated my ticket through the original timeframe I scheduled. I was pleasantly surprised because most parking lot companies don’t even have customer service outside of normal business hours. Thanks Leo! 🙏🏽

I was having issue with my parking subscription and called support. Spoke to Noel and was assisted in resolving my issue, beyond my expectations.

I have experienced lie after lie over the last 4 months trying to get a refund on an overcharge of a parking citation in a spot that was not clearly marked as requiring payment for parking. Even speaking to several supervisors claiming the check is in the mail - hasn't been received yet. I've not found this to be a trustworthy company.

I had a problem with duplicate charges and after the 3rd phone call, I finally had a customer support person that was knowledgeable and assisted in getting my problem resolved.
