Not giving the seniority companies first option, the companies that have been partners together for years.

Our experience partnering with Protos Security has been very positive\. From the beginning, their team has demonstrated professionalism, responsiveness, and a strong commitment to building a successful partnership with Leone Protective Services\. Protos has been great to work with, particularly when it comes to communication, addressing concerns, and keeping us informed of client needs and expectations\. Their team has consistently treated us as a valued security partner rather than simply a vendor, which has helped create a strong working relationship\. We appreciate the opportunities Protos has provided to our company and the trust they have placed in our team\. We look forward to continuing to strengthen our partnership and providing the high level of service that our clients expect\. We are proud to partner with Protos Security and would gladly recommend them to other security providers looking for a professional and collaborative partnership\.

Your shift dispatchers do not communicate with each shift. When you end jobs you don't update them in the portal and the vendor gets tardy alerts and that goes against the KPI rating. I can go on and on with what is done wrong and it ultimately goes against the KPI of the vendor and there isn't any accountability with the dispatch crew to do their jobs right.
