I accidentally ordered to sets of books instead of one, but it was a Saturday so I assumed I’d have to wait until Monday for it to be handled. It was handled shortly after I submitted it, which I was very pleased about! I’m looking forward to getting the set of books so I can read them to my granddaughter!

Customer Service like I expected 40 years ago. Grace, the representative quickly investigated my problem and solved it within half a day. She had the ability to verify my accidental duplicate order. Cancel it and process a refund in a quicker time than I ever expected by any CSR that I've dealt with.

I accidentally ordered a 2nd bundle and used chat to contact the company. It was too early for chat so they changed it automatically to an email! I got my refund that day. Great customer service!!

Buyer Beware!!!! I ordered a set of books, received 2 sets (supposedly I clicked yes to add another to the order, which I did not) and was charged almost double. Then I was autoenrolled in a yearly subscription for $97 + tax. So very frustrating. This is obviously a fraudulent company that is preying on parents that want to help their children with emotional distress and this company just wants to take your money by using covert tactics. Do NOT buy from them! The BBB needs to investigate this company and shut them down!

The first bundle is the one that you originally chose to order. The second would have been offered to you as a discounted item prior to the checkout screen. It won’t be added to an order unless the customer clicks the button saying “YES, add it to my order!”. We understand that mistakes can happen and we have 30 day refund policy to help resolve issues such as this. You can send your items to the address below within 30 days from the date of delivery. Please include your name, email, and phone number with your return. Once the items are in-transit back to us, you simply need to contact us with tracking number and we’ll proceed with a full refund. I didn't realize I was subscribing for a membership and was shocked when I saw that amount on my credit card bill. I am 83 and don't always make good decisions, I guess. Thank you so much for making this problem easy to solve.
