The driver called me, after he got to my city, saying he couldn’t find my address…. They still had the wrong address. It was keyed in wrong originally. This was days AFTER I replied to their support department email informing them they had the wrong address. The communication between delivery and PuppySpot is’meh’. Fortunately the driver had the (my) correct phone number to call me. A.I. would not screw this up…. Humans are…. Meh… Just saying.

Every thing promised was delivered and in timely fashion. Very impressed. Always Leary of purchasing a puppy on line but I definitely would recommend this agency. Enjoying my new Labrador baby girl.

I disliked how you could only pick your puppy from pictures. It was very impersonal and expensive. They would not work with you on the timing of the delivery of the puppy at all. Once the puppy was paid for, I couldn’t get a response from the original person who contacted me I tried email and text and nothing. It would be nice to be able to chat with the breeders and see how your puppy acts, or any questions you may have. I think this is just a way for breeders to make a lot of money and not have to do a lot of work like speak to people or even vet people. I probably would not use puppy spot again. We love our puppy but would much rather deal and speak to humans than buy this way again. We did get a great, healthy puppy so we are happy about that. UPDATE- Puppyspot called to chat with me and find out more about my review and they were very understanding and I think something slipped through and I didn't get some info originally. They said they will update some things and do better in the future. I appreciated the phone call. Figured I would update my reveiew.

The whole experience was easy! Whenever I had a question the team was knowledgeable and able to give me answers. Not only that, but the delivery team was able to deliver my Dalia a day early! All of her vaccines and everything are up to date. She is in great health and amazing temperament. I would definitely use them again if I get another one. I would also recommend them to anyone looking to add an addition to their family!
