Everything was perfect from the first call to my delivery no more words to be said great experience

So far good experience, how ever a response to 3-4 phone calls would be nice. When you call and have question the people answering don’t always have answers and say you will get a call back in 24 hrs, but thats not true. That needs to change asap, alot of reviews say the same thing, someone is not doing their job, or you don’t have enough staff.

They have a huge selection of dogs. The date they show available should be the date you are able to get the dog you choose. I had to wait over a month longer then the date shown available due to weight travel restriction which I do understand is for the safety of the animal. I had some concerns/issues but now they have just ignored me knowing there is an issue. I had this puppy one day and had to take him to the groomer because he was so badly matted. Got him on Friday by Thursday he had to be seen at the vet and tonight he is now admitted into the emergency with over $3k in bills which is more than I even paid for him. All I was asking was simple questions like are you sure what food he was given and they won't even respond. Do not ever buy a puppy from them especially this breeder out of OH Wayne Burkholder. I also now question the vet that signed off on his health because this poor puppy's body is shutting down and very well could pass away and these people dont even care. I also now question why they said he was too small to travel maybe because they knew there was an issue with him not eating. I expect vet bills but over 3k in the first 4 days we have him is unacceptable. So now I have a loan for a puppy that could pass away within the next 24 hours. This is a very shameful way to do business. Do not ask me to revise my experience again like you did before. People need to know the truth so they are not left hurt like we have been even before the poor little arrived. Worst experience to put a family through after they just got done grieving the loss of another family pet a few months prior. Thanks for the heartache!!

Our puppy spot person was great. Trapper was deliver as promised. Healthy, clean, active and full of curiosity. Two suggestions: 1) Trapper’s name was changed on line on day one, but the paper work was not changed - changing the name on the paperwork would have been helpful and nice. 2) On the website, adding the state where the puppy is located would be helpful. We planned on either picking him and up or meeting the delivery person (Chelsea, was wonderful) have way not knowing that he was from half way across the USA from our location. This was only discovered as we were working through the application/payment process. Knowing where Trapper was from would have been helpful.

Communication was fantastic and the breeder was great. Would recommend to everyone. Thank you for your help in finding the perfect puppy
