Huge problem with Puppyspot. They created a barrier instead of facilitating me getting a puppy. One woman had no idea what was going on had to place you on hold for every question and the other was rude when trying to clarify a simple question, how am I getting the puppy. This is very unfortunate because we are not willing to work with this company and it’s really unfortunate that the breeders do not know about this barrier, they are loosing out.

PuppySpot did a really good job. The purchase process was easy, they communicated well and delivery went great. The only downside was the constant upselling. That got old quick.
