I honestly do not have one bad thing to say about PuppySpot or anyone associated with them. From the first conversation with David at PuppySpot about our beautiful, sweet, funny and wonderful Mini Bernedoodle, Penny, it was a wonderful experience. I had a couple questions about Penny before she arrived and David reached out to the breeders and they responded right away. The delivery persons Buck and Justin kept me informed on her actual delivery time. Traffic and other things are always factors, but they were very nice and informative. The whole experience was awesome and I will surely use PuppySpot again! Thank you so much for the service you all provide.

The dog is perfect! The way the PuppySpot company is run, is not perfect. Too much digital reliance on handling communications, it's terrible. Way too many useless emails. Fletch is too desperate for clients, they just stay in your face, even if you tell them to stop bothering you. These dogs are expensive, you deserve the best service. The customer service people are very nice!
