From our first phone call with Linda, the communication was amazing, the process went very smoothly. Chuck, the driver that delivered our puppy was great. All over a very seamless wonderful process.

Although I was a bit apprehensive at first to use Puppy Spot because I couldn't interact with the Pup before I actually purchased, they communicated my questions to the breeder and were very helpful explaining all the steps through the process. My puppy arrived healthy and happy.

Delivery was on time. All paperwork provided. New puppy looked excited, seemed perfectly fine after his 14 hour trip, all resdy and rearing to go. Very professional

Throughout the process-- from buying to delivering my puppy to me, Puppy Spot made the process easy. I also appreciated the help videos that were sent before and after I received my fur baby. Would definitely recommend Puppy Spot!

I do not believe the company vets the breeders well. When I spoke with a rep she advised me that the photos I was viewing were taken same day. They were not as I found the same photos that I saved from a few weeks prior. The breeder claimed the parents were 3 and 4 pounds . The dog I received is 5 pounds at three months old! When I tried to reach the breeder directly using the names/ contact numbers on papers received, a very gruff sounding man answered and claimed he did not know who I was looking for. Also your reference for pet insurance has really bad coverage for well puppies- probably best for really sick dogs. I will not use puppy spot again nor would I recommend them,

Holly's parents are advertised as 5-6lbs for her mother, and 7-8lbs for her father, respectively; we were unable to find where it was communicated that they were only 3-4 pounds. While PuppySpot thoroughly reviews third-party services and vendors to ensure they meet the highest of standards we have set for our customers and puppies, we appreciate and value your feedback regarding pet insurance. I like the turnkey service. the delivery was on time and the puppy in good condition for having traveled. I do find all the email offers a bit incessant, and would prefer just the facts of my delivery rather than offering supplemental goods and services.
