PuppySpotReviews of puppyspot.com

We purchased our first puppy from PuppySpot in 2020 and had such a wonderful experience. We purchased another puppy this year in 2022. Both times the experience was fantastic and they are the loves of our lives. I would highly recommend puppy spot as your go to for your best friend and companion.❤️🐾🐾

We lover our australian shepherd. He has drop ear which adds to his personality. He is very smart and loves to play and chew his toys.

Love, Love, Love our little Maci (new name from Raya). She turns 1 year old this month. Very happy with Puppyspot. Would use them again!

We love our puppy from Puppy Spot! I knew the breed I wanted and was able to get all of the information I needed from their website and the sales rep. There were lots of choices but the photos, parent’s information and breeder information sold me on the best dog we have ever had (and we’ve had 5 dogs prior). We also used the transportation service and it went flawlessly. We drove 45 minutes to a local small airport and picked up our sweet puppy who was calm and in good condition. She settled into her new home in a couple of weeks and we began training her with Baxter & Bella, the recommended trainer. She is a quick study and eager to please. At 9 months old she is our bundle of joy. We look forward to having her company for years to come!

It was such an easy transaction. It helped that I picked the most perfect puppy ever. The first person I spoke with was super helpful and explained everything so well. Then to have my happy and healthy puppy delivered to my front door was the icing on the cake.

I found a dog that was already 7 months old. When I spoke to the person from Puppyspot, I was told that I would have him in two weeks. He also said that I would get weekly photo updates. And he told me that my dog was “living inside a house with a family.” After three weeks of not getting any photo updates or hearing from Puppyspot, I called. The woman who answered couldn’t tell me anything. I told her that I would go pick up the dog myself. She said that, I cannot do that. I told her if it was because of the money for the travel costs, that they could keep it. I said, I just wanted to get my dog. She said that it was not possible, but could not give me any reason why. I asked for a photo update. She said that I would get one. I never did. In the fourth week I was sent an email that I could go pick up my dog at an airport two hours away. They had originally told me that I would pick up my dog at an airport 20 minutes away from my house. But I didn’t care because I just wanted to get my dog. I never received any photo updates. So even on the morning while I was driving to pick up my dog, I wasn’t sure if I would actually be getting a dog and thought the entire thing could be a scam. I arrived at the airport and watched as they unloaded about 45 crates into about 5 minivans. They called out my name and handed me a small and very terrified wet dog, I brought the dog into my car and he didn’t move. He was frozen in fear. The entire two hour drive home, he did not move. I decided that I must get him to the vet right away. I was so scared for him. He was checked by our vet and was completely healthy. When he was home and more settled, it became clear that he had not been around people. He was petrified of noises, people, and had no idea how to walk on a leach. The only thing that made him comfortable was my other dog. I’ve had him for 3 months now and he is doing so much better. But he still so fearful of people. We will get him through this and he will learn to trust people. But there is no way my dog was living with a family and had people caring for him! I would never use Puppyspot again. They are dishonest and uncaring about the dogs they sell or the people they sell them to!

Nothing in my life could have prepared me for the experience I’ve had with PuppySpot. From the moment I saw her photo I could tell she was an amazing puppy - and poodles are amazing to begin with. You named her Cecelia but from her bearing and facial expression I could see she was a Queen. In Hebrew, the name Jezebel means pure and virginal - not what the Biblical Jezebel was, a shameless idolatress. My Jezebel is brilliant, beautiful, compassionate and an absolute joy every minute I am with her. Thank you PuppySpot. You have given me the best friend I’ve ever had. My wonderful husband is gone but Jezebel is the loveliest companion I could have hoped for.

My Shiba Inu puppy arrived to me scarred and nervous from everything. Either he was keep isolated outdoors without recommended activities or was abused… it’s been almost a year and he’s completely the same, I haven’t heard him bark once. His siblings were adopted early but my puppy wasn’t adopted until 4 months. If you’re considering adopting a puppy from this service, please drill them and the breeder. The red flag should have been when they were reluctant to provide information about the puppy until after purchase and even then the info provided was lack luster. I love my puppy but I may put him up for adoption, it has not been going well. UPDATE: PuppySpot called me after this review and insinuated that it is my fault for the puppies behavior. He is not trainable due to this behavior that the puppy has shown from the 1st day he arrived in my care. He doesn't respond to treats and has no motivation to do anything!!! Wish I would have never used this service! (FYI he wasn't treated for heart worms either, on their website it states he should've received it but when I asked about it, the answer was that the breeder elected not to do it he, was 4 months when I got him.) It appears he had no/minimal human contact for the first 4 months which led to this behavior. I love the puppy because it appears he was from a mill but damn I wish I didn't waste my money or time.
