Everyone I spoke with was so professional and kind. All of my questions and worries were answered and taken seriously. My puppy Lil Abagail is the light of my life and I don’t know what I would do without her. Everyone we meet falls madly in love with her and thanks to PuppySpot for bringing us together

I wish I had listened more seriously to the warnings and reviews on Puppy Spot, but I didn't. Instead after I paid $3500 for a 11 week old malti-poo, which arrived on 11/3/22, it died on 11/6. We are beyond disappointed and heartbroken. We are long term dog owners and did everything up to standard once we received the puppy. But from the start the puppy seemed listless, not eating. Puppy mills are never good and I would never do business again like this.

I inquired about a puppy on puppyspot. On the website, it said that the puppy was in California (which is where I am located). A rep called me and refused to tell me where the puppy was located, she kept interrupting me and saying that “none of our puppies are in California”. I asked again where this specific puppy was located, but she refused to answer. She was extremely rude. When we hung up, I called the number on their website and it was a disconnected number. Super shady! Avoid this company!!!!!

I really love my puppy. We had a very good experience as far as pick up and purchase. I would give a 5 star rating if there was more transparency about the breeder. I think that’s imperative to making an informed decision and I felt a little in the dark about all of that.

Wow so here is the issues with puppy spot. this company acts like they care to get you to purchase a puppy. But when they have your money that goes out of the window. I was lied to by several puppy managers about transportation for our puppy. After several lies the breeder contacted me right before we were going to cancel the transaction. I drove to Indiania and picked her up. I have tried to contact the CEO and other members of the board with no success. We will never use Puppy Spot again and will discourage everyone we know to do the same. Just bad business and TERRIBLE customer service.

Our puppy was sick when we met the carriers and the following day had to take to the animal emergency room. When we tried to contact PuppySpot we were on hold for up to an hour and never talked to a person. We did email and text but never heard from anyone until American Express put a hold on the payment. Amazing how fast they responded then. This is the 3rd and "LAST" puppy we will purchase from them.

I received Otto with blood in his urine, and he is currently in a animal hospital on Brown Ave animal hospital, Manchester, Nh. #603-666-6677. I have been charged $2,400.00 so far and hope the anti-biotics will help him get better. I was told by the breeder that you insure him for 30 days. I changed Otto's name to Louis, or Louie, to inquire about him.
