PuppySpotReviews of puppyspot.com

I had a great experience picking our grandpuppy Bear for my daughter's birthday. The bad news is, I want her to give him back, lol. I look forward to doing business with you all for another dog once Bear is a little older. Thank you 😊

I am totally impressed w not only how my puppy was treated by PuppySpot, but also how WE were treated! Lots of help w my concerns, lots of "how To's," and alo lots of caring overall! If I were to be looking for another puppy they would be my very first stop!

We had paid a ridiculous amount of money to have our puppy delivered to his new home shortly after deciding who we were going to welcome. His arrival was pushed out 3 times without notice. And we had to drive hours to pick him up after paying to have him brought to us. He was also a month and a half older than expected. His stool was bloody and uncontrollable and his health was poor all around. He also had zero training, he didn't even know how to go on walks.

Wonderful service. My puppy is just the best and the way PuppySpot handled the purchase and delivery was just the best !

The first puppy we selected failed the vet test which was disappointing but at the same time we were impressed with the care that PuppySpot took. We decided to choose a puppy that was “ready to go” the second time, thinking that this would avoid disappointment and ensure a speedy delivery. We heard nothing for some time. Then eventually we were sent travel arrangements, the puppy was not being sent to The agreed airport. The next thing I know the travel arrangements were marked accepted…I hadn’t done that. When I called I was told that they had to go to this specific airport. We then got a call to say the puppy had parasites in its stomach and ask if we wanted to accept her with medication anyway or wait until she was finished the treatment. It would have been the last day so we agreed to take her. Our beautiful puppy arrived, with no medication, she was tired, matted and covered in poop and blood. Obviously very stressed by the whole travel. Having got to know her I know understand that she does not travel well. She is however the most adorable well adjusted dog. She’s sweet, fun and good with people. She loves everyone. I’m giving three stars for the lack of communication, I was very frustrated not knowing what was happening for almost two weeks after selecting our “ready to travel” puppy. The puppy however is amazing, in great health and a beautiful personality.

This has been a nightmare. I should have believed the negative reviews. Was supposed to have a puppy weeks ago- paid the premium for the puppy, the flight and the in-flight “chaperone”. That puppy fell through due to not passing his vet exam. We should have taken the refund and ran. Instead we found a new puppy who was supposed to be here TODAY and I have been unable to reach a single person regarding ANY information on the pup we have spent thousands and thousands of dollars on. I’m heartbroken and disgusted. This is unbelievable- to take peoples’ money for a LIVING BREATHING life-changing addition and cut off all communication once payment has been secured. We changed our busy work schedules to accommodate her arrival and be there when our kids meet her. We just want our puppy. Truth be told I’ve never felt so duped. Will NEVER recommend this company.

From the day I chose my little girl to the day I picked her up. Process went smoothly. My pup was healthy and she has the best temperament ever!! I just love her. Thank you puppy spot!!

They were very helpful. Our puppy is very happy and is what we wanted. I would recommend puppy spot to someone looking for a puppy.
