Working with PuppySpot was so easy! We love our puppy. She is so good, smart and lovable. Learned to use the doggie door the very same day. Everyone we dealt with from the first call right up to the transporter who delivered her right to our door was informative, professional, while being friendly.

The only reason I am rating it a 4 is I just thought it took longer than it should. It took about 3 weeks to get my puppy. I didn't really hear that much for the first few days and was kind in the dark about what was going. I was given an estimated timeframe of 28 Mar-1 Apr. When I got the projected date it was for 2 April. I was disappointed because I am a reservist in the Air Force and I was at work that weekend and didn't get to greet my puppy when he arrived. I was hoping to get him on 1 Apr. Other than those small issues everything was a great experience and after that one phone call, I got several after that to follow me up on what was going on. Lastly I am not for sure why puppyspot only uses 1 airport in Texas, which is Waco. Doesn't make sense that they wouldn't use a bigger international airport such as San Antonio. The driver said that he tried contacting us through the APP but it wasn't working so we weren't at the house at the time. Should probably look into your APP because it doesn't seem to work when the delivery person tried to use it. Thankfully my husband arrived just a few minutes after the guy arrived with the pup. I thought it was going to be a company but the person that delivered our puppy was in a normal looking truck. When we saw this on our camera we were wondering who the heck was parking in front of our house knocking on our door so I would suggest that they not come in a personal vehicle or have puppy spot give us a heads up that they will be using a personal vehicle and who ever is delivering it should give them the vehicle make and model so we can be prepared or maybe have some company logo or something. I would use and recommend puppy spot again.

PuppySpot was great to help us find our new pup. The pre-sales person was excellent and super responsive. My only negative is that once we gave our credit card info, the responsiveness of the team fell off and it was harder to get information as needed.

PuppySpot is amazing! We got our first Pomsky, Asher (we kept his original name) in December 2020 and our 2nd Pomsky puppy, (originally James, but changed to Bodie) in February 2022. Each time we can’t say enough wonderful things about their knowledgeable associates, the overall process with status and picture updates to the carrier delivery service to our home. Thank you Puppy Spot! We love our doggies! Warmly, The Gathers Family

It was a good experience. I got a Maltipoo named Mike, he does have a new name, it’s Oscar. Oscar is a very happy little guy who loves to play and be cuddled. He’s funny and oh so cute. Is now sporting a new haircut and bow tie. Would highly recommend puppy spot for anyone looking for a pet. Wouldn’t trade him for the world. Love him to death. Thank you Puppy Spot.
