My puppy is the best! I looked & pondered for a year & a half. When I saw Milo with PuppySpot I knew I had found the one! PuppySpot was always responsive to my questions & forwarded important general information via their app. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

This company is a complete rip off - we picked out a dog from their website and received a completely different dog!!! Never trust these people - We are in the process with working with the BBB and an attorney- save your money and find an honest business! Received a notice through Trustpilot that Puppyspot wanted to get a hold of me - I gave them all of my info, phone numbers and address - they still have not contacted me-

They were very through and were able to answer my questions, the puppy is great, learning as we go. One area that was frustrating the amount of time I have to spend on the phone waiting for the cue so I could actually speak to someone instead of relying on the emails which were usually delayed by a day. Customer service on that end could be improved. Also the travel info/arrangement, I think givend the number of airports that puppies are transported to knowing where you need to pick up the puppy would be really helpful. The phone calls we had to make were numerous, as no one seemed able to give us an answer, and then there was a descrepancy between the info the pick up staff had versus what really had happened, for awhile we were told the puppy did not make the flight -- (there was a two hour layover and no weather issue), then we we are able to contact PuppySpot someone could give us the accurate info. Would have been helpful if we had the contact info in the connecting airport for the cargo so we could have called them directly, the airline did not have that info at our end location. Need to provide this info, not hard to do.

The end result was fantastic. The puppy is adorable and exactly what I wanted. Very classy arrival and communication. However the process during my wait was a bit stressful as I had a hard time getting pictures and videos and questions answered. All in all a great system though.

I was in search of a new family pet after losing our dog after 16 years. Ready to open my heart again, I decided it was time. After spending much time looking at photos, I was instantly drawn to one puppy in particular. I made the necessary steps and planned on having my new fur member in the next week. After I received all of the travel arrangements and details I was so excited!! The same day I received devastating news of our puppy being delivered to the wrong family. Another heartbreak ensued and although the staff was empathetic and apologetic, I was offered a refund or select another puppy. I am a huge animal lover and I don’t select my animals like items on a shelf. The worst part is that the wrong family refused to give the puppy back and while I can understand to some degree why, I am out a puppy I selected, and zero regard of how I feel. It took me time to even reach the decision and take in a new puppy. Further more? The breeder could’ve offered to let me select a new puppy in time should I choose to free of all charges due to the mix up. This is their business and I would’ve handled it much different in place if just being money hungry. This isn’t a simple mistake!! For puppy spot I show no ill will except for the fact they will continue to represent this breeder and allow a mistake this huge! I will never use this website again or recommend anyone else to either.

Tracie - We’re sorry for your recent loss. As a dog-loving community, we understand how difficult it is to lose a furry family member and we appreciate you trusting us to help you find a new one. That said, we are very sorry for what sounds like an incredibly frustrating experience and one that could have and should have been avoided. As soon as we knew that there was a mix up between your pup and another pup, we immediately acted and began coordinating with all respective members to correct the mix-up. Unfortunately, as mentioned above we were unable to retrieve the original puppy you selected. In an effort to try and make things right we offered to help you find another puppy, but understandably, you decided not to move forward. We truly wish to turn your experience around and our team will always be here for you, should you ever change your mind.

I am giving them one star because it won’t allow me to give them ZERO!!! I have never done business with a puppy broker. They’re quick to sell you a puppy and the breeder was on a conference call with me within a minute. I finalized the sale and a few days later decided I had a few more questions for the breeder. I spoke to a puppy manager and requested a conference call. WHY IS A SECRET WHAT TOWN YOUR PUPPY IS COMING FROM! I was told that it would be set up I waited til the forth day and contacted them again. Still no conference call! I contacted them again on the 5th day, still no call. I called this morning and canceled the purchase. Very disappointing, I wanted that puppy so bad that I was willing to pay 3 times the going rate for her breed. It’s funny that all the sudden during the call he was willing to get the breeder on the phone. It’s also funny that they ran the time out trying to make travel plans for the puppy because once they have made those plans they won’t refund not to mention it is $495 cancellation fee. This company leaves a lot to be desired. I hope the breeders know to not use this company because it is due to PuppySpot’s lack of follow through and communication that I canceled my puppy. My advice to anyone wanting to buy a puppy is to find a reputable breeder, they are happy to communicate with you if they are proud of the dogs they are raising.

Debbie - Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. Here at PuppySpot, we are committed to transparency and we will happily disclose any and all information surrounding our puppies and breeders. Every prospective puppy parent has the option to speak directly to their breeder, accompanied by one of our puppy managers, to ask any questions and learn more about their puppy, as we did with you. We take pride to offer everyone in our community a trustworthy way of speaking to their prospective breeder, but breeders can sometimes be busy with their other little ones at home, which may explain the delay in facilitating the second conference call. That said, we never want a puppy parent to feel the way that you do and we should have done a better job communicating with you. As soon as we received your feedback a member of our Client Services team was quick to reach out to learn more about your experience and see how we can better communicate this policy in the future. As promised a full refund has been processed and issued. Although our relationship has unfortunately come to an end, we will always be here for you should you ever need us.

We had a wonderful experience with PuppySpot. They went to great lengths to help get the travel details for our puppies just right. I’m thankful for this service as we would not have been able to buy our two new golden doodles.

I am so thankful to PuppySpot for letting Mr. Hancock be a part of my family. Bringing Hancock has been one of the best decisions of my life. Puppy Spot helped us with his travel, initial vaccines and kept us informed while we were eagerly waiting for him and kept in touch throughout the process and responded fast for all inquiries even after he came home. Thank you!!!
