I’m new to ordering from this company. I ordered 10 bags of Salba chia and only 8 were shipped. I was not told why only 8 were shipped and if I wouldn’t have been paying close attention, I’m not sure the other 2 would’ve came? But I do appreciate the quick response and hopefully the other 2 will be arriving soon. I do like your company and will def browse what all you offer. I realize anyone can make mistakes but good customer service is what outshines all! So keep up the good service 😊

I didn’t receive the item. I ordered almost two week ago.

Well, I never got my order because UPS destroyed it. However, I'm impressed with the communications I've had with you, and I'm on backorder. I'm ordering something I love, so no problems there. Thank you for your very prompt responses and general excellent service!

Was expecting my order before Christmas hadn't received anything..emailed them and informed them they wanted to know if I wanted my money back or the tea. I informed them I wanted the tea and they reordered it immediately for me and I received it today. Now that is what customer service should be like. GREAT JOB
