Ordered 2 cases of Jennies double chocolate sea salted macaroons. Shipment arrived within a week. Price was lowest online. Very reasonable. Macaroons are delicious! Individually wrapped is a very nice addition.

I don’t remember choosing this service. I tried to cancel and was on hold for 45 minutes. Please refund all charges and cancel this service

Hi Keith! It looks like you placed a one time order with us on 7/31 for Nature's Way - Standardized Artichoke - 60 Capsules that was delivered early last week. We are currently not offering phone support that would have caused a wait for you. Is it possible you are mixing up this order with one from another company? If you still have questions or concerns, please email us at [email protected] and we would be happy to promptly assist you!

Your prices are so much better than leading company's

I asked you to cancel my order. I take citalopram and losartan and needed to check with my doctor first to see if I could take it. (also went on vacay) You told me it had already shipped, it was the weekend yet it shipped but you couldn't cancel the order. I figured if I could take the black seed caps. I would definitely purchase from you, your price was good. Now, no notice the package was coming today, no mention of anything. So, I will be kind enough to blog for you guys since you have no concern for anything but making money. Also, will be happy to post the situation on my FaceBook page. I've paid $21. it appears for an item I will not be able to take. Thank you so much, just more stress. At 75 with sick hubby, I don't have enough!

Hi Edith! We apologize we were not able to cancel this order for you. Yes, our warehouse and customer support hours are not exactly the same, so an order can be shipped during times when support is not available. We always do everything we can to honor cancellation requests, however cancellations are not always possible. It does look like our support team offered you a credit for the amount you paid for your order and still allowed you to keep the product we sent you. If you still have questions or concerns, please reach out to [email protected] and we would be happy to further assist you. Have a wonderful day!
