The WORST experience I’ve EVER had with any company. They got my order wrong 4 times! FOUR. And, all I get for it is a coupon. I obviously got my money back for 1 of 2 boxes I didn’t receive. I received 1 box that was correct out of 8 that were delivered. They think a 20% coupon to order more stuff is a proper way to apologize. They should’ve returned ALL of my money! Now, I’m going to go join all the other bad reviews on Facebook, Yelp, Google, etc and also tell everyone I know. This company SUCKS!!!!!

I depend on pml.for my orders. Always available and prompt shipping and delivery.

The product was damaged in shipping and returned to sender, twice. Neither time did PML make any effort to follow up. I had to contact UPS myself to learn the status. Nor did PML, after the first time it happened, take any steps to assure it wouldn't happen again (better packing, mark as fragile, etc.). The only positive is that I received a full refund.

Sadly the first box broke in transit but they were nice enough to send me my order again. Received the broken bottles and then the new order was TERRIBLE because it’s just liquid with no live culture in it as usually this should curdle like yoghurt or thicken and it hasn’t. I think it’s got no live culture in 2 bottles. Would not buy this brand again.

PML is a fabulous site and has everything I need. Customer service has been impeccable!

They were responsive and quick with a product that I love and had a hard time finding!!

My order was misplaced and arrived late, but once reported your team did everything possible to help deliver the product as soon as possible.

Came as described and now we have a 6 pack of our favorite salsa.
