Luli was the best. Friendly and patient with my novice questions about QR codes. The experience persuaded me to sign up and use uQR.me service.

Thank you for the review! There's no such thing as a novice question on our end, and we're glad Luli made that clear. Welcome aboard, and we're here whenever you need us. The QRCodeKIT Team

Great customer service by the chatbot! Paula helped me within a few minutes and restores a disappeared QR code. Fantastic!

Thank you for the review, Niels! One small correction we're happy to make: Paula is very much a real person, not a chatbot. She'll take it as a compliment on her response time. Glad your QR code is back where it belongs. The QRCodeKIT Team

My experience with Luli was great AFTER we started communicating by email. The chat only option for customer service stinks. The delays in conversation are annoying and it takes much longer to resolve issues.

Thank you for the honest feedback, Paige. Chat works well for quick questions but it's the wrong format for anything that needs back and forth, and your experience shows exactly that: things moved properly once you were on email. We've noted the point. Glad Luli got it resolved in the end, and we'll pass your words on to her. The QRCodeKIT Team

Luli was super helpful and helped me locate what I though were missing QR codes. They were accidentally put into the wrong files. She was kind and very quick with her responses. Thank you Luli!

Thank you for the review, Stephanie! Codes that seem to have vanished are usually just one folder away, and we're glad Luli found them quickly for you. We'll pass your thanks on to her. The QRCodeKIT Team
