Jedi Lucas is awesome. I had some issues understanding the Subscription Plans and accidentally upgraded to a product level too high for our needs. After a brief explanation to Lucas he graciously helped me determine which plan was needed and refunded the accidental upgrade. Now that I've found uQR I'll be certain to utilize their service especially knowing support via chat is solid.

I wasn't sure if uQR was going to suit my specific needs to begin with. My workplace needed to adhere to strict guidelines and regulations surrounding COVID guest registration and our solution needed to be somewhat bespoke. After chatting to the fantastically helpful Lucas, he was able to tweak the forms in a way that made them a perfect fit for my use case. Couldn't be happier with the service!

Clearly they are not available to answer to the customer. They are asking me now, that I rated 2 stars if I had a problem but before they did not answer my contact. The problem is that I am not even now able to write to them because here re-answering is not permitted. 2nd Message: Ok Diego, may be it is a misunderstood. I have not received any answer from you.
