As long as you are doing just a regular blood draw, Quest is fine. If you need mobile service (no kids, poor online scheduling) or need to call for some reason, you will talk to the least interested people on the planet. The two people I spoke with sounded like they were sitting at home and could not be bothered to try and help. Quest has a real quality issue on their hands for a service category where other companies are evolving much faster. The monopoly is over Quest.

9.24.26 IFAURLAWN OHIO..I go to Quest every two weeks for blood work. The staff is USUALLY Very friendly very compassionate and very understanding. ...except for today today the phlebotomist or the nurse was an absolute cold rejecting type of person she's nothing like the rest of the staff workers at Quest. Unfortunately I left with a very bad taste in my mouth.

They consistently change their hours but don't change what they are on the website, so you will schedule your appointment a week in advance, take off a bit of time at work to get ready, then the day of, they will call you and tell you they are closing early and you have to reschedule. I've been trying to get in for 2 weeks and it kept getting cancelled. This time they tell me they are closing at 3 every day for a while, and I keep scheduling after 3. THEN WHY ALLOW ME TO SCHEDULE AT 3:20 IF YOU CLOSE AT 3?????

The person drawing my blood was wonderful but the actual company is awful. I can never get anyone on the phone and my lab work orders got lost. I wanted to try them because they have an earlier time than LabCorp that you can come in. I don't want to go back. Quest only had one person working today and no front desk people. I don't know how they stay in business.

I had my blood drawn for one lab test my doctor wanted me to get. I went to the Pasadena, Texas location 8/29/26. I’m an easy blood draw for all other phlebotomists. I’m not on blood thinners and I stay still. No butterfly needle is required, just normal size needle. The lady that drew my blood was not very skilled. It hurt immediately when she put the needle in my vein. She had to move the needle around which increased the pain. I’m pumping my fist. She’s saying the blood is coming too slow. I’m thinking “is she really in the vein?” She gets one tube and decides to get another. It was hurting a lot and I told her to pull it out. Now six days later I have a very ugly purple and light green bruise. I sure wish I could post a picture!! Won’t be going to this location ever again!!!

I had Labs done 7/ 31/26 i haven't being able to see it in my app. At their office locations they are unable to print a copy for me. Everything is to be requested via the app and noone aeema to care enough to help. Please make it normal again to have customer service at ypur location. You want to be so IT but you can even provide good service doing that. Make it better. You lost 7 customers within my household i ca tell you that. The word of mouth will likely wont help either.

I set up my appointment via the online portal with an 8:10AM appointment. I arrived seven minutes before my appt time checked in five minutes before my appt time; my name appeared on the display screen and after about 10 minutes it disappeared. I continue to sit there for another 15 minutes until I had to request someone review my appt/check in time (they took patient with later appts after my scheduled time.) The phlebotomist questioned if I was at the right facility, which I was, then said she would look into it another 5-6 minutes passed before somebody came out and said there was a mixup - another phlebotomist at another office, accepted my name, even though it wasn’t for that location. In all, I had to wait over 30 minutes for my appt. I find it hard to believe a phlebotomist at another office could accept a patient which was not at their office.

Slow customer service. Had to wait 30 minutes. They often send my doctor's lab test orders to someone else. My doctor sent Quest test for my cancer and Quest put them on someone else's account. Took a long time to speak to someone.
