I went to Quest in Laguna Niguel CA today. The floors were filthy. There was no soap in the bathroom to wash your hands before a urine test. The people were great. The service was great. Please clean the area. It feels unsanitary to draw blood in a location that is not clean.

Today I was about 15 min late for my appointment due to an important business call coming in. But I was pleasantly pleased to not have to wait a long time. The 3 stars are bc the staff seemed hurried and exhausted. But the phlebotemist warmed up to me when she saw that I was a pleasant customer to deal with. The visit ended well.

It has been horrible. My dr lost my labs so I was told to contact quest diagnostics it has been a nightmare ever since. I have tried to email, mail and am now dealing with customer service. I dealt with customer service yesterday as well and was told to call back today. This is ridiculous. I understand it's an old test but this shouldn't be such a nightmare. However, the lady I spoke with today cleared everything up. It was still rude for no one to reply that's why I changed from 1 star to 3.

I don't like Quest Diagnostics Billing . When going to visit, I pay my deductible on my credit card. A few weeks after my visit, I receive notifications from my bank advicing that Quest Diagnostics Billing office has made an additional charge to my credit card. These charges are always done without my authorization. You can't pay cash at the facility so you're forced to use your card that they keep in their system as an on hold and they don't bother to send a bill to explain the additional charges. This is theft, if you don't ask but take, your company is guilty of theft.

I have been getting my blood work done at Quest for decades with no problems. There check-in is getting harder than before. Swipe insurance card both sides, swipe secondary insurance card both sides, now your driver's license. That's not my main issue though, all of a sudden I'm getting slow results on my blood work. Yes the ability to reach them is non- existent.

I went for blood work 1-21-2025,girl took blood and gave me tubes to bring home for stool samples Never Mentioned to make Appointment to bring back,since I'm sick my sister-in-law brought back and they were Very Rude to her,so reason for that. Bobbie

Maria @ the 3037 Lakeside Hills Blvd site was such a perfect pleasure to be attended by. Although I had to wait longer because Previous staff called out my name incorrectly..I suggest, Maybe next time use the last name or ask Maria to assist with the pronunciation of certain names..Because when she called me I clearly understood it was my turn ..Thanks again Maria..
