They were very busy, but everyone was professional and courteous. I saw someone within 5-10 minutes of my scheduled appointment. Blanca was very nice and quick with no pain for the needle. Only problem is that the sinks were not in the bathroom. I didn't like that. I like to wash my hands immediately.

The nice lady from 13485 nw Cornell Rd was very patient n she did the best she could. And I’m very grateful for that.

I had a very pleasant experience at Quest. I'm not afraid of needles, but if I were the kindness the Phlebotomist showed would have made it a lot easier. In my case the wait time was great. I had a scheduled appointment and arrived 10 minutes early. A few minutes later I was seen by the Phlebotomist and finished up before the actual time of my appointment.

I like how easy it is to schedule my appointment online. Wait time is around 5 minutes after I check in at the location. My copay with my insurance is usually only $29 when my doctor orders my lab. Results arrive in the quest app within 1-3 days which is very convenient.

It's second year we buy ourselves blood test. So far everything good. Most of the negative reviews are about getting back results. I also had some issues getting them, but in the end got everything. Few advices for everybody. Don't try to solve problems over the phone. No ones care there. Make sure you have online account and have access from PC, not iPhone or iPad, it's different. On PC you can save or print results in 3 different ways (simple, standard, advanced). If you have problem authorizing the account (error message after uploading picture), try different phones or the one that you originally used to register.

Updated review: While I stand by the fact that their phone tree is terrible the service I experienced with their phlebotomists was so good that I have changed my opinion. They were both friendly and kind and were so adept at drawing my blood that they got it immediately and also left no bruising at all. A tip for people struggling to make an appointment: just make an appointment and say other for the reason instead of trying to sync your doctor's ordered tests, they will be able to look it up once you get there using your information. Original review: You can spend 20 minutes in their phone tree and never talk to a person (and I had a problem scheduling online and NEEDED to talk to a person to make sure I get the right test). Sincerely the worst I have experienced and I wouldn't even be going anymore if my doctor didn't require it. I will make sure to let everyone know how god awful the experience making appointments with Quest is and ask my doctors to send me literally anywhere else.

First Attempt 2024:selecting a date. My ESP switched off and did not realize that when there are no time slots shown on the screen keep trying more dates until you get to the end of the month (24 clicks later) and time slots become visible: Silly me. Suggest that when a user selects a day and all time slots are taken show cross outs of all time slots for that day. Hence it is up to me to click 24 more times to the end of the month to find any open time slots. Thanks For Doing the Software that runs the world. Bravo.

I am updating my review with a higher rating for this company. My account finally shows a zero balance. It took several emails and shouldn't have happened to begin with. This local lab is efficient and very convenient for me. It will probably take me up until my next six-month lab order to make up my mind whether or not to go back. My plan was to delete my original post. This system would not let me this morning.
