First, customer care is excellent, beginning with an email thanking me for the order, confirmation on the order fulfillment, then a follow up to assure I was happy with the product. I ordered an open box Thule Easyfold bike rack. From initial order to receipt was an exceptional 5 days with regular shipping. The rack was complete and in perfect condition. The price on the rack was excellent and the overall experience was exceptional. Thank you RackUp+Go, your company is on my highly recommend list.
