At the end of the day it boiled down to, "We couldn't verify you, so we don't want to talk to you anymore." Didn't give me a chance to send in any paperwork or anything. Won't be going back to try again when I have a need in the future!

Our customer uses Ramp to pay for our services. We have to submit an invoice through the Ramp Portal. It is a chaotic system. Our experience with Ramp is that they do not pay on our invoices in a timely manner. Multiple emails and conversations to them are required to get them to pay. We are a cash and carry business, payment due when we submit an invoice. Ramp says they initiate payments within 10 days. Our actual experience is close to 30 days before our invoices are paid. Ramp tells you the payment policy but in practice it deviates far from the policy they say they have. The portal is a joke, the software is ancient and remedial written by 5th graders. Horrible experience with this company. They will pinch every dollar they owe you until you scream! Their process leaves the business not actually knowing when your money is coming. Unfortunately this is the payment system our customer uses and we are stuck with it.

Shouldn’t have to jump through seemingly endless hoops just to receive a single payment. Worst part was it just decided the worst possible option for me and I couldn’t change the results. My only option? Call tech support and probably spend over an hour on the phone. No way. If I could give less than one star I absolutely would.

This company is awful. From virtual reality to AI to outsourcing in the Philippines, they're impossible to reach during regular working hours. 30-plus emails fighting a fraudulent claim, with documentation, and them paying it and I still haven't got anything. Run from RAMP. RUN HARD.

Ramp is garbage, they arent a credit card and they can really hurt a business that is starting out, I would stay away, far away!

Misguided marketing in so many places, latest example is advertised airpods if you get on a call with them, once you do, they stop replying haha

Terrible service that deprives employees of the right to earn personal rewards for travel. We had one employee actually quit, citing Ramp as the final straw because she travels all the time and hasn't had a raise. If you travel for work, you should be rewarded for that. Ramp takes all that away.

They just don’t pay in a timely fashion and their system for tracking payments leads you to a site for signing up as a vendor. Completely useless
