Most everything has gone really well. There was one instance where they didn't take the time to understand my issue fully and seek to resolve it, but every other time they have. Their software is top-notch. The only other thing I wish they had was better credit card perks, especially involving travel, but now I'm getting nitpicky. I'm glad we moved to Ramp a couple years ago...we're not looking back!
