cyan Herrera did a fantastic job of handling a ugly situation. She followed up every aspect to completion. Did everything possible to satisfy the customer. Listened to everything I said. And is just an all-around great person. Best customer service ever

PATIENCE & UNDERSTANDING Freeda Shirly provided patient, courteous, understanding advice and assistance while this 85 year old novice (to smart phones) struggled with the tiny "keyboard" and unfamiliar symbols, etc. trying to activate my Moto g Power smart phone. I eventually decided that the phone was not appropriate for me, and she graciously accepted my explanation and offered further help if I needed it. This is a wonderful organization performing a much-needed service charitable activity.

Jon, thank you for the awesome review. Yes, of course we want everyone to have a seamless, simple activation process... but the fact that we weren't a perfect fit (whether that be because of the Reach service or the phone you chose to use) yet you still had a great experience with us speaks volumes. We are an empathetic, understanding company and know that a 100% digital service isn't for everyone. We want you to be overly happy with your cell phone carrier and experience (whether it's with us or not!). And kudos to you for trying something new!!

I recently moved from a major cell phone provider to Reach. The whole process was seamless. The access and signal strength (on Verizon lines) is also the same, if not better than my previous carrier. I brought my own phone, have no contract and am saving over $50/month by making the change. I wish I had found Reach sooner!

Reach Mobile is by far my favorite carrier! I’ve been with them a couple years now, service is always great, signal is strong up here in the mountains, and customer service is exceptional. My experience today with both Preeti and Bhumika was outstanding, and my problem was a time-consuming one. But, customer service here is always patient and kind. Certainly nothing like Verizon, and I used to work for them, ha ha!
