Customer service is Top Notch! Cyan was very helpful in getting my phone working which wasn't compatible with their service.She didn't stop until she found a solution.I was very impressed! I highly recommend Reach Mobile.

I have had a complex experience porting my cellular number over to the Reach service. However, the 'customer success' team was so patient and helpful in resolving the issues and guiding me in the steps to get connected. In my case, it was security measures put in place through the My Verizon app that seems to have been the problem. Step by step and 3 representatives later, I'm happily connected. Preeti, Rich, and Rania were friendly and efficient.

Reach has been nothing but super Awesome to work with ! customer service is like family and they made us feel welcomed and made sure we were up and running, Jules was on eastern time and working late and stayed with us until we were on and she was so very nice it was sad to say goodbye but I feel blessed to have found this company !! very very Happy :)

Reach Mobile is a breath of fresh air - feels like a "mom and pop" corner store amidst the world of cellular corporations. I couldn't believe how helpful and personalized the service was when I joined the community. So great to actually talk to a HUMAN when support is needed! Love this team!!

We switched to Reach on a Saturday afternoon while our kids were napping. It was so easy I thought something went wrong. Activated with the sim card and app... we didn't even need to talk to a person or leave the house!! Same Verizon network we'd been on for years except now we are saving a TON of money. This is a great company... wish we had switched sooner!!

Porting a number from Google Fi was difficult. It took several hours. It was not a Reach problem, as I already have a Reach phone I ported over from another carrier, and thought that this would be as easy. Not so. I was on chat with Reach a couple times trying to sort out the issue. Finally, an agent by the name of Preeti took the issue on and kept working with me to determine the root cause of the issue in the phone. It turned out it was a vestige of the previous carrier rooted in the phone that would not let it work. Preeti solved the issue, restored my precious 20 year old phone number and I am really happy with that. Above and beyond - Reach service for the customer is tops!

Isn't it funny how difficult it can be to leave your old carrier behind? They always seem to have a trick (or shackles!) up their sleeve. We have to admit, Preeti is pretty wonderful. So happy to hear that you two connected and were able to determine the issue. And even happier to know that your 20 year old phone number is safe and sound!
