Trying to transfert my prescription to a local pharmacy is a pain in the a*. When you call them they put you on hold for ever. Once you get a hold of them, they want your local pharmacist to call them as well. Then they going to put him on hold forever and you would have to call them yourself again 😭

Thank you for your feedback Saint and for allowing us the opportunity to clarify our services. Transferring a prescription to another pharmacy is a universal procedure with pharmacies across the country so long as you have fills remaining on the prescription. When you inform our team of your wish to transfer a prescription, we ask that you pay the remaining visit fee as the provider visit cost is discounted when you use our pharmacy. Once that is paid, we ask that you reach out to the pharmacy you wish to have your prescription transferred to. Procedure dictates that the pharmacy receiving the prescription reach out to the pharmacy transferring the prescription. When your local pharmacy contacts our pharmacy, the pharmacists can proceed with transferring the prescription. We apologize for any delays or wait times as we were coming off of a holiday weekend and experiencing a higher volume of calls and emails. If you still need assistance, please do not hesitate to reach out to our team at either 844-733-2697 or [email protected], and we would be happy to help you.

Had I known it would take almost a week to get the prescription, I would have went through another provider.

We’re sorry to hear that your experience did not meet your expectations. Your feedback is valuable, and we appreciate the opportunity to clarify our services Marie. When you choose our pharmacy to ship your prescription(s), the default shipping method is through UPS Mail Innovations, which has an estimated delivery time of 3-7 days. We do offer expedited shipping through UPS as well, and the pricing and shipping options are listed on our website. The quickest way to get your prescription is to have it sent to your local pharmacy. While you would not be eligible for the discounted visit price when you choose to use our pharmacy, you would be able to get your prescription much more quickly. If you have any additional questions regarding shipping or getting your prescription at a local pharmacy, please do not hesitate to reach out to our team at either 844-733-2697 or by email at [email protected].

Clicking the button to cancel your subscription doesn't actually cancel it and just delays it. I tried reaching out to their support a couple times without success. I can't cancel it no matter what and I guess need to get a new credit card number. Edit: after finally reaching out to the support team again they cancel it

I was prescribed tretinoin by Redbox. The process went smoothly. Redbox provided thorough information regarding the use of the medication as well as necessary precautions. The entire process from initially contacting Redbox and receiving the medication took less than 10 days. The price of the medication was very reasonable. I am pleased with Redbox and plan to continue to work with their excellent and efficient team

Always have a great experience with Redbox. The practitioners are always friendly and listen to any concerns and are very willing to answer questions. It is a very convenient way to get my meds and lessens the stress and anxiety of sitting in a waiting room. The flexibility to pick a time that works for me is a great perk as well as the affordability of refills.

Once you have a prescription, then getting a new prescription is very simple. A doctor does review it but within minutes, you will receive notice that your product is being shipped. The products themselves are outstanding and really help. I believe that Redbox genuinely cares about your well-being.
