Good afternoon my name is Sherri and I was staying at red roof inn on Hart's Rd in Jacksonville Florida and the stay was horrible and I feel like a fool for coming back to this hotel after what I experienced the first time but I gave yall the benefit of the doubt and I was hoping it would be different this time but it was worse well I made a reservation on line for June 6 and when I got there I had to wait two hours until I could get into the room and they were rude and nasty and y'all have a inside housekeeper and I didn't have no clean towels or linen and I tried to deal with it for about three days of complaining and nothing was done so I left I even left my number and email for Bob so I could talk to him but he hasn't responded yet so I will never be back or recommend anyone to stay here

Omg I had to share a room here due to going through training with a trucking company they put me in a room with someone who does not have orientation. I went to the front desk to complain about the overnight staff was terrible with assisting me. This has been my worse experience ever, I can’t wait till in a few hours to speak to someone in the morning, this is horrible. She also lied about all the rooms being booked,as I walked I saw an empty room and took a picture... Horrible

Traveled from out of town and arrived two hours prior to check in time. You could tell the hotel was not at capacity. Went inside to inquire if we could check in early. Red Roof Inn 1200 Winchester Pkwy Smyrna GA charges $45 for early check in. This is ridiculous!

I stayed at the Taylor
I stayed at the Taylor, MI location for a accumulated time of over 20 days in 2018 and have planned another ten days in May 2019 and 14 days in November 2019. I am a redicard member, which provides discounted room promotions and accumulated free nights. Rooms are always in good condition, clean, towels and soap shampoo tissue extra toilet paper. Extra towels upon request when I wanted to sleep in and cancelled room service. Counter staff is always friendly. They are an asset to Red Roof Inn. The only negative would be is that I wish they could streamline their check-in process for redicard members, make sure the safes are operational in the rooms that have them, as they charge $1.50 per night additional and never processed a refund when they don't work, even after talking to management. I still giving five stars cuz I'm not worried about the refund, I come to Red Roof Inn because of having a safe in the room for my use, with so many hotel chains now don't offer.

INDIANAPOLIS EAST LOCATION...
I NEVER HAD A BAD EXPERIENCE UNTIL STAYING AT THE INDY EAST LOCATION ON 21ST. I made the reservation via Priceline at the beginning of the week. When I arrived, I paid a $25 fee for early checkin, $50 deposit plus the room charge for 1 night. I booked a double room with double beds. Upon arrival, it was 1 very small room with 2 full beds in there. We booked a non-smoking room, which smelled like smoke upon arrival, so we had the staff come up and smell it 1st so we wont be charged later. It was my husband and I plus our 2 children 5 and 10 and our dog. When it was time to checkout...all hell broke loose. We turned our key in and they went upstairs to check the room. I was told I was going to be charged for towels because it was blood on them. I explained to them that is was ketchup from my kids hands when they ate dinner last night. The police were called and confirmed it was ketchup. Why call the police...A guest could of had a nose bleed, cut or female issues. Instead you called the police and reported us as a threat. Then she explained to me no kids were allowed in the room. I explained to her that it doesn't say that anyone on Red Roof's website or Priceline. again, I've booked many times and my kids were always welcomed. The police explained to her that it does say child and pet friendly. Since she wouldn't listen to us or looked at the information I attached. the police looked at it and attempted to show her. Then, I was told I'm going to be charged extra for the kids. Then I was told Red Roof is not pet friendly. Again, I explained to them it says differently online. I said if they check their cameras, he stayed leashed on walks and we had a huge kennel with a tray in the room so he wont be wondering around the very small area. I was told I should of looked for signs about the kids and pet. As I explained to the police and staff, they checked us in at a small window and not the main lobby so there was no signs posted. I showed them the proof and camera were checked. While my husband and I were trying to explain how what she was saying did not match up when we paid via online with a CC, she was VERY rude. She wouldn't let us get a word out. She told the police that she wanted my husband out of her establishment and arrested, but didn't give the police officer a reason The police said this was a waste of time and acutally gave us Red Roof's corp. information so I can generate this email. The police will be sending us a copy of the report because it would work in our favor. Plus, this Red Roof has SSOOO many complaints against them for false charges as well as the owners calling the police when they cant get their way. I hate to say this, but this could of went SO bad. Calling the police on a African American male as a threat in the lobby with blood found in his room!!!! I know this is the location and Red Roof does not discriminate. I STRONGLY believe I should be refunded for the room due to the fact the room was not what we booked, smelled of smoke and no room exchange was offered and horrible rude staff.

For 48 dollars per night
For 48 dollars per night, I did not expect much so wasn't eally disappointed when I arrived at the Red Roof Inn in Rochester Michigan. This Inn has no luxuries and is skimpy on bath towels. If you only need a room for a night or two then this Inn will serve your purpose. Mcdonalds is almost located in the same parking area so you have a close food source. Ice and a vending machine are available but that's about it. Just watch out for their broken sprinklers gushing out water. I gave them a 3 star because the rooms are plain and a/c is antiqued. two towels, one hand towel, zero washcloths, old linens, smokers hanging outside to smoke, doos opening and closing all night and broken sprinklers. Certainly not a highly rated Inn that one would want to go if they planned on a lengthy stay or for those like me that want at least a coffee pot in the room.

Red Roof Inn in Burlingame, CA
The Red Roof Inn in Burlingame, CA was a horrible experience. The grounds were very shabby (the same leaves and debris were on the elevator floor for the 3 days we were there). The rooms were not clean-we had two rooms and one of them the door did not lock, when we told them they said use the security bar! They only provided 3 towels for 4 people in the room, there were no towels at the pool and the gate lock was broken so kids could just push on the gate and go right in. Definitely not the quality we have come to expect from Red Roof in other cities.

It's a decent hotel in Council Bluff
It's a decent hotel in Council Bluff. We were unfamiliar with the area, and this hotel seems fairly central to restaurants and shopping. Really like the room set-up for two queen bed, the illusion of two separate rooms with a Jack-n-Jill bathroom. Perfect for our family, we could put the kids in one room and parents on the other side. Only down side was the lack of staff support for noise complaints.
