I've used RLE and they have always done a great job in putting new lenses in older frames. This time, an older frame I sent broke when they were removing the lenses. They immediately contacted me and offered a comparable replacement frame as the older frame style was not available. This was outstanding customer service and why I will continue to use them in the future.

My second order of new progressive lenses in old frames was just as perfect as the first. I was nervous with the first frame, sending it to a new company, and sent my second frame off a day or two after the first came back with the new lenses. I had no issues and will highly recommend this company to anyone looking to keep old frames and get new lenses in them.

I like everything: the way the website is set up -- it is easy to use, friendly and does not contain needless information. So, website is the first step. Then you get an email with detaled instructions on how to mail your frames to get the lenses replaced. Then you get an email confirming the receipt of your package and you can follow the progress of the work. The order is being shipped back and you get an email with tracking information. All of that is very helpful -- saves a lot of time. I also should mention very high quality of work and very reasonable prices. I need 10 pairs of glasses, so this aspect is very important. I specially would like to mention outstanding customer service. People working for this company respect you enough not to send you to the machine, no matter how intelligent this machine's intelligence is. You communicate with a real person who has a name you can refer to. In contemporary world where almost all human customer service is replaced by AI this is extremely important

My husband has always had issues finding glasses that fit his head. He had one pair but his prescription had changed and the lenses were scratched. Replacement Lenses did a beautiful job. The prescription seems to be correct and my husband now has glasses that fit perfectly. Thank you!

My experience with this company was most pleasant. The ordering process was very easy and customer service was very responsive and helpful. Receiving the lenses took longer than usual due to the lenses coming from out of the country. But once Replacement received them they shipped them immediately. You can trust this is a legitimate company and my lenses were authentic based on my experience with them. I will definitely order from them again in the future.
