Reservations PortalReviews of reservationsportal.com

From the time enter the door of Caesars Palace it was a great experience and check into the hotel I was greeted with royalty. The suite was even better than the picture shown., the staff was amazing and room was very clean. The quality of the hotel excellent. Really enjoyed my stay, I’ll be back.

If I could give this company zero stars, I would. I accidentally booked the wrong date and discovered the error at check-in. Hilton confirmed they would waive the cancellation fee, yet Reservations Portal still charged me. Customer service was unhelpful, management refused to speak with me directly, and multiple “tickets” were submitted with no follow-up despite promises to call or email. In the end, I was charged for a stay I never used. Completely unacceptable customer service. I will never use this company again. Stay away. Your response is incorrect. No one explained anything. In fact, Hilton confirmed they would not be charging a fee and they would be happy to talk to you, but your team would not engage. The $750 charge to change dates was wholly your company, and because of the phantom “we will put in a ticket and get back to you” I was charged for the entire stay that I did not use. I paid separately upon checking at Hilton. Let’s not try to falsify things, reservations portal. You were wrong.

Great concierge that had so much recommendations for my stay which made the trip so much more fun.

Clean and friendly staff

DO NOT USE. They are unhelpful and in it for the money.

It was my own mistake for not realizing this website was a third-party booking service even though they are the first thing to pop up on a google search of "Paris Hotel Las Vegas", and a further mistake to not read the text that the booking is non-refundable should something happen. Where I draw the line is after needing to cancel the room, finding it near impossible to talk to someone or finding a means through their own website. There is legitimately no simple way to cancel the reservation; to the point that the hotel itself is unable to cancel a booking under my own name. This is an absolute scam website and do not use this service. Absolutely horrible. Don't make the same mistake I did and be careful which websites you plan a trip through.

We always enjoy our stay for the sick new world festival ! Employees are super friendly and helpful

Having to an elevator up 1 flight to walk down a strip mall to take another elevator up 1 flight to get to our room was a bit of an inconvenience. The room smelled like old sewer lines, so I'm assuming we were in an old part of motel. And our view was the hotel a/c unit. I understand that I could have upgraded but we had already spent a lot of money on that room and could not afford another $100 to have a better experience, but after that smell all night I wish we could have. And the booking process, the lady was a bit rude and short on answers. Seemed like she has done this for years and is over explaining to people the charges and how to use the system.
