I ordered my Retrospec bike a few weeks ago and couldn’t be happier. The quality is excellent, with a solid build, smooth ride, and stylish design. Customer service was quick to respond when I had questions. It’s rare to find a company that delivers both great products and excellent service. Highly recommend!

I was met with fast responses and suggestions to help me with diagnosing a bike issue. I was never kept waiting and the suggestions provided ended up being the solution for the issue. Customer was happy and Scheels is happy with the experience.

I couldn’t be happier with my new electric bike! I ordered the Beaumont City Bike as a gift for my sister last year and was blown away at the quality. This summer I decided to order the Beaumont Rev Electric City Bike for myself and it’s been perfect for both daily commuting and weekend rides. The build quality is excellent — sturdy, smooth, and clearly designed to last. I was especially impressed with how fast the bike shipped and how easy it was to assemble. The customer service team was super helpful and responsive, answering all my questions before and after purchase. If you’re looking for a reliable and affordable electric bike or high quality city bike that looks great and rides even better, I definitely recommend retrospec. It’s made my rides to work and around town so much more enjoyable!
