Jim MicIntosh is a exceptional RMF Agent. His knowledge and ability to walk his Clients through the process, and keep the Real Estate Broker on top of every step of the way was skillful. He went out of his way to make sure both sides of the transaction were on top of the Process in a timely manner. Thank you Jim for a great transaction. I look forward to working with you again.

A few months ago, April 2020, my wife and I decided to explore reverse mortgage products. I received information and quotes from six lenders and did an in depth comparison that took about two months. Reverse Mortgage Funding had a loan program that was far superior to the competition. I was contacted by our loan representative, Justin Knock, and we began the loan process which started July 13 with our counseling session and ended Sept 2 when our loan funded. Justin provided superior service and knowledge, always there when needed. We could not ask for any better service and the reverse mortgage loan turned out to be better than expected. My wife and I highly recommend this company and Justin Knock for anyone looking for a reverse mortgage!

I would never want to get this loan from someone who only does it once in a while because it is out of the range of basic knowledge. I have never done this myself and am not familiar with the pitfalls and nuances that could end up costing me money. It Is obvious that Larry is experienced with this particular product and keeps in constant contact so you are never left making decisions on your own. He was recommended to me by a family member and I would be comfortable doing the same.

Working with Larry was great. He is kind and patient. He encouraged questions and was patient with me and my mom. I went through four different mortgage companies, and chose larry because of his genuine interest in my moms case.

Our experience started with a chance visit with Ed Frankel, outside of a model home in a development in the Vancouver, Washington area. Ed had been paying a sales call on the developer. My wife chanced to meet him in the model home while I stayed outside walking the dog. As Ed came out, we struck up a conversation that eventually touched upon my financial services experience and his work in the HECM market. As Ed learned about our house hunting in the local area (where we had no foreknowledge), he took us under his wing and proceeded to introduce us to several home builders in the area. He was very knowledgeable about the new home market and introduced us to several builders as our search continued. We picked out a builder and a particular subdivision in Battle Ground, WA. We chose to pay cash draws to the builder as the quickest way to get the house finished. After we had moved into the house and it was appraisable, we turned everything over to Ed to consummate the HECM. From start to finish the whole experience was delightful, painless, and satisfying. The service provided by Ed has been superlative. He introduced us to a number of builders as we were getting started, he was there as we had the house built, and then he finished with the HECM almost a year later.
