Was to paint trim on house at sign of loan. I paid money up front to reverse mortgage to make use it gets done. Project finish in timely time. Reverse mortgage now refuse to return the money even with me paying vendors direct want siding replace now. Have doc for alll

Excellent serivice Our first impression of our representative was that he is straight forward and extremely knowledgeable. Working with two seniors who are scientists, not bankers, he was very patient and thorough making sure we understood each step before going on to the next as we had no fore-knowledge of reverse mortgages. We have never found anyone in the banking industry as caring and receptive to our questions and trepidations of entering the new world of reverse mortgages as we have found in our agent. Our resulting impression is that of gratitude and lasting friendship.

I was exceptionally satisfied with the loan process and the agent I worked with. I am giving it a 3 rating because I can no longer view my account online which is absolutely STUPID. I can see all my utility accounts, Amazon, bank accounts, etc online. I can't think of any account I have that can not be checked for balances, etc. online. I had my original reverse mortgage with RMF and had a portal where I could check my monthly statements and balances. I refinanced with RMF and now they tell me this valuable customer service is no longer available. Removing this feature is a giant step backward and I am supremely annoyed.
