This was a new experience for us and we really had no idea what we were doing. Our RMF person Becky Koehler was absolutely wonderful in helping us to understand the process, making us aware of possible pitfalls and explaining the dos and don'ts. We did encounter a few rough patches in the approval process but she was there guiding us through it all with excellent results. We absolutely love our new house and lifestyle now and recommend this to everyone we meet.
