I started probably like most people with some ideas about how this might work and if I did not feel good at any time this was over. I would just refinance and be done with it. I shopped 4 reverse companies to get a feel of how this works. The biggest company was the worst in all fields. I thought I would start with Reverse Mortgage because they made me the best offer.They were also the easiest to talk with on the phone. They began as professionals and maintained that character throughout the entire process with my dealings with them. If you get a chance to work with Adam and Tyler you will find this process comfortable and reliable. I can only say good to great about my experience working with them. I made sure I could keep them to a high standard by doing what was asked of me also.Thanks again to Adam and Tyler for how comfortable you made this new experience.

I would recommend Jeff Bailey, to anyone who is looking for a Reverse Mortgage. My experience with him was wonderful. He is knowledgeable, experienced, tolerant, kind, and he is not afraid to show empathy, when needed. KNOWLEDGEABLE; He knows all the "in and outs" of the procedures that are required to close a Reverse Mortgage, even if Oh hh there are complicated factors that come into play. EXPERIENCED; He has seen many applcations for Reverse Mortgages so there seems to be nothing that surprises him, or confuses him. TOLERANT; He never gives you the feeling that you have asked any one question, too many times. Jeff will always answer your phone calls quickly and supply the answer that you require. KIND; Jeff is a kind soul. He is always willing and able to give you the time that you require. If he isn't able to answer your phone call right away, he will get right back to you. Having him always available for me, was a great comfort. EMPATHY; Jeff understands how difficult a decision like this can be. He is able to walk you through all the steps and keep you informed and right up-to-date on what is happening with your file. Please, if you are interested in enjoying your "Golden Years", as we were, then let Jeff help YOU, as he has done for us. We are NOW so pleased to have the extra money that we need to do and see the things that we have wanted to do, for years. I had Trevor Buban and Kala Black working with me and they were both very helpful. Trevor never hesitated to answer any questions as many times as needed. I feel I have known him forever although I have never met him in person.He is a great loan manager. The lady just gave me the closing info. but I didn't catch her name, my bad not hers,and she was also great.
